This is a simple recipes that is one of Joshua’s favorites.
He calls them sweet biscuits and according to him I don’t make them hardly enough. In fact I couldn’t even get a picture of a full pie tin.
Here’s the recipe:
- Homemade or canned biscuits
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1/3 Cup of sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp of cinnamon
Preheat oven to biscuit baking temp. Grease either a pie tin or baking sheet and then arrange the biscuits. (I prefer to use a pie tin because then the biscuits just sit in the glaze.) Start baking the biscuits. Over medium heat melt the butter and then add the sugar and cinnamon. Stir until combined. For the last 5 minutes of baking, spoon the butter mixture over the biscuits and finish baking until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
